PK Fried Rice started with a simple frustration: everywhere you went in Lowell, the fried rice was either mushy, bland, or made days ahead. We thought there had to be a better way.
So we built it. Right here on S Bloomington St. Every order hits the wok at the moment you place it — high heat, quick toss, and finished with ingredients we'd actually eat at home.
No deep freezer. No pre-cooked trays. Just rice, protein, vegetables, and a whole lot of technique passed down through years of getting it right.
